We need two (2) Food Service Supervisor who can start immediately. Our company, Aapna Meat Sweets Dosa specializes in South Indian Cuisine.
Wages:
$19.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:

Staff in various areas of responsibility

Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff for kitchen and restaurant front
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Scheduling employees according to the traffic at different times of the day
- Maintain service standards in speed and quality of service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures; Address customer’s complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports of food and labour costs.
