Job duties:
-Supervising front desk operations such as guest checking, checkouts,room inventory and incoming phone calls.
– Supervise all staff member and delegate taks in them.
-Establish Work Schedules and co ordinate activities with other departments.
Hire and train staff in job duties.
-Interacting with hotel guests to ensure quality service of hotel. and answering questions and concerns of guests.
– Maintain hotel inventory and order new items as needed.
-Inspecting clealiness of hotel areas and ensure that other hotel protocols are being followed.
Job Requirements:
-Secondary education is required
-1 to 2 years relevant experience is required.
