Job Description:
-Supervise employees engaged in food preparation in Kitchen area;
-train workers in performance in duties;
-Assigns and coordinates the work of kitchen employees to promote efficiency of operations;
-Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
