Duties would be to welcome and greet patients and visitors in person or over the phone. Answers the phone and schedule appointments. Register new patients, update patient records. Facilitate patient inflow and maintain effective communication with staff. Enter and format medical reports, correspondence into the system as per instruction. Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders for new supplies, and other office equipment. Establish office procedures. Record and prepare minutes of the meetings. Minimum education as completion of High school. Minimum experience of 7 months or more as administrative assistant or in office is required. Must be able to communicate in English. Minimum work of 35 hrs to 40 hrs per week will be provided, along with 2 days off per week. Salary of $ 24.00 per hour will be given. Overtime will be paid if any.
