We (McMaster Group Holdings Inc dba Baskin-Robbins) are running ice-cream franchise business across various locations in lower mainland in BC. We are seeking to hire an Office Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Coordinate and plan for office administrative services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, payments, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Overseeing administrative operations of all restaurants, streamlining procedures, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly
- Delegating tasks to administrative and other support staff and developing internal communication protocols
- Managing paperwork, keeping inventory stocked, and maintaining digital and physical files
- Managing team attendance and payroll list for all locations.
- Establishing and implementing policies to maintain efficiency and order
- Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office and other resources are taken care
- Dealing with complaints, queries, and correspondence
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Communications with host brands on marketing activities, and health and safety standards
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees query regarding office management issues
Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Language required is English.
Experience: Minimum 7 months or more experience is required.
What we offer
Salary: $29.00/hr will be given.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location: 4820 Kingsway Unit M101, Burnaby, BC V5H 4P1. May have to visit other locations for administrative work.
