Job Duties:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and delegate work to staff. Ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment like supervision of daily and weekly job to do list review. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as new client sign up, hire IT service providers to update systems to meet latest software security. Supervise and monitor data backup and security. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Do the same duties as the workers supervised as and when required by your Manager
