Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of a restaurant as per Mucho Burrito franchise guidelines.; Implement operational procedures including new Menu item launches and Limited Time Offerings; Recruit staff via online ad placements and oversee training of new staff members; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.; Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. ;Maintain contact with Mucho Burrito BC Business Consultant to ensure franchise guidelines and operations are being met accordingly.
