Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Supervision: 3-4 People
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create a budget to figure out how much food, ingredients and cleaning and kitchen supplies will cost.
- Analyze and plan day-to-day activities
- Adjust menu prices and food preparation techniques to fit the restaurant’s budget.
- Keep an eye on employee performance.
- Address clients concerns
- Establish work schedules for employees.
- Oversee employees, arrange, and keep track of inventory
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act
