Job Duties:
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise, hire, and train staff or arrange for their training
- Authorize checks to be paid, order merchandise
- Manage cash, organize and maintain inventory
- Handle arising issues, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Oversee and coordinate employee activities
- Perform other job duties as assigned on timely manner
