Duties would be to supervise, co-ordinate the sales representatives or cashiers, manage and stock inventory, hire or train new staff, reconcile cash during shift, authorize discounts/ refunds, prepare reports regarding sales volumes/merchandising/personal matters at the end of day, report to the store manager, resolve customer complaints/ supply shortages, ensure items are displayed in store as per brand, authorize payments by cheques and return of merchandise. Minimum education as completion of high school is required. Minimum experience of 1 year as supervisor in retail business is required. Salary of $ 22.00 /hr. will be given.
