QSM Services Ltd at 16185 80 Avenue in Surrey, BC is hiring a Security Guard Supervisor for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers. Establish work schedules and procedures. Prepare and submit progress and other reports on a routine basis. Resolve work-related problems. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Oversees the activities of security guards and assists the manager with various tasks. Need to handle emergency situations. Order materials, equipment and supplies as per requirement. May perform the same duties as workers supervised, and have to visit across various locations in Lower mainland. Minimum education as completion of high school is required. Minimum experience of 7 months or more as a security guard is required. Also, Security Guard License is required. Must be fluent in English. Salary will be$22.00/hr. Work is full time minimum 30 hours to 40 hours per week and 2 days off per week. Overtime will be paid if any. Other benefits will be given as per company policy.
