We need three (3) Truck Drivers. As truck driver, you will be required to operate a tractor-trailer and haul commercial goods over long distances. You will be required to depart for destinations thousands of kilometers away from home. You will be required to be away home for several days per week or weeks at a time.
Wage:
$27.50 per hour for 40 to 60 hours per week
In accordance with all Provincial and Federal standards, Overtime will be paid after 10 hours per day / 50 hours per week when the truck is operated within Alberta.
Overtime will be paid after 60 hours per week when the truck crosses interprovincial boundaries

Job Duties:
Load and unload goods; Perform preventive maintenance; Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials; Pay and receive payment for good; Perform emergency roadside repairs; Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption; Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle; Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment; Receive and relay information to central dispatch;; Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
