AK Dhaliwal Trucking provides freight and gravel transportation. We need two (2) Truck Driver Helpers.
Wage:
$21.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Bending; crouching, kneeling; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods.

Up to 6 kg (20 lbs)
Job Duties:
- Helping to load and unload cargo onto/from the truck, ensuring items are properly secured and arranged to prevent damage during transit.
- Arranging items within the truck to optimize space utilization and maintain proper weight distribution for safe transport.
- Secure cargo using straps, ropes, or other securing methods to ensure that all items remain stable and secure during transit.
- Assist with the operation of equipment such as dollies, forklifts, or hand trucks to move heavy or bulky items.
- Interacting with customers at delivery locations in a professional and courteous manner, answering basic questions and providing assistance as needed.
- Following safety protocols to prevent accident and injuries, including using proper lifting techniques and wearing required safety gear.
